Vendors Selection
Vendors are selected through a rigorous evaluation process that begins with a detailed review of the buyer’s requirements. We then assess and audit potential vendors based on their production capacity, facilities, ethical code of conduct, and relevant international accreditations to ensure the best possible alignment between buyer and supplier.
To maintain a reliable and compliant supply chain, we conduct ongoing monitoring of standards and compliance requirements. Audit records are carefully maintained and reviewed, and corrective actions are tracked to completion. This disciplined approach not only ensures consistency and reliability but also helps evolve traditional buyer–vendor relationships into strong, long-term partnerships.


Order Execution
A highly professional merchandising team ensures that all orders are placed strictly in accordance with buyer and supplier confirmations regarding pricing, quality standards, and delivery schedules. Sales contracts, purchase orders, and indents are issued with all buyer requirements clearly defined and formally confirmed by the supplier.
Production Monitoring
We assist the suppliers in Production planning of the orders. Continuous monitoring of production is conducted to ensure timely shipments. Production sites are visited on a regular basis in this regard. Production statutes are advised to the buyer as per their requirements.


Quality Assurance
Our highly qualified Inspection team is completely conversant with all international quality norms. Additionally, if buyers have their own standards / guidelines, our qualified staff ensure compliance with them. In-line and final inspections are conducted regularly to ensure all quality parameters are met. Samples / audit reports of every shipment are sent to the buyers for their review / approvals and shipment is not executed until clearance from the buyer.
In the event of a quality dispute, Source Tex and its production partners always try and resolve quality issues amicably.
Shipment Management
We assist the suppliers in arranging the shipments as per the buyer’s required schedule by monitoring the ETD / ETA of vessels etc. We regularly receive information from the shipping lines in this regard.
